Application:

Vertical low-consistency hydrapulper is the capital machine to use for breaking pulp board, paper machine decrease paper, goods wasted paper and wet-strength paper in papermaking industry. It is suitable for the separation of the fibre, purification of pulp and select thickly. This equipment has strong pulp ability, short time and convenient maintaining. It is only dissociating function and not cutting off to the pulp.

Design features:

Thanks to impeller installed vertically, with feed-in and disintegration of paper stock, the impurities sediment are flung out by rotating impeller and accumulate in the bottom cone of vat ad well as discharged periodically. It is operated easily and safely for processing pulp sheet, broke of paper machine, newspaper and magazine paper intermittedly or continually to reduce pulp with uniform and consistent quality.
